President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf is expected to announce another overhauling of her government. According to confidential source who participated in a high level cabinet meeting held at the Executive Mansion today, Finance Minister Amara Konneh will go to the National Oil Company of Liberia as Chairman while Foreign Minister Augustine Ngafuah who once served as Finance Minister, will be back as Finance Minister.
Defense Minister Brownie Samukai is expected to be replaced by Dew Mayson, an opposition leader from the New Deal Movement. Information Minister Lewis Brown is expected to be replaced but where he goes next is yet to established.
According to our source, the announcement is expected to be made either this weekend on on November 29th, to make the President’s birth anniversary.
