Philadelphia, Pa- Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump campaign files first election lawsuit in Clark County, Nevada alleging some early voters in that county.
The Trump campaign is alleging that in four polling centers in Clark County, voters were allowed to cast their votes when the time of polling had run out. The Trump campaign is requesting the court to set aside those votes cast and keep it from being counted along with the rest of the votes today until the case is adjudicated and decision reached.
The Trump campaign is also claiming other irregularities including faulty voting machines.
Election authorities in those voting areas, according to reports from MSNBC, had earlier decided to extend the voting hours to 10:00 pm before the voting began revealing that their decision is in line with Clark County Board of Election guidelines and that the polls were closed at 7:00 pm according the time prescribed by law and those voters were already on line when the polls were close and were permitted by law to cast their ballot under the law.
Clark County is a heavily Hispanic neighborhood.
