MONROVIA-The Supreme Court of Liberia has denied the challenge argument put forward Abu Kamara’s lawyer on the National Code of Conduct brought before it by Assistant Minister Abu Kamara after being denied by the National Election Commission for  from contesting for House of Representative in the pending October elections in violation of the Code of Code, failing to resign his position as Assistant Minister two years to the 2017 elections as Article 5.1 and 5.2 required.

The rejection of Mr Kamara’s argument rejection by the high Court is a precursor to others who  also filed their challenges to the Supreme Court after being found in violation as well – they too could be denied.

Final ruling could come as early as Friday.
